Graduation day

"But youth has a future. The closer he came to graduation, the more his heart beat. He said to himself: This is still not life, this is only the preparation for life."

- Nikolai Gogol, Dead Souls

I graduated on the 17th of May 2016 from the Faculty of Letters, University of Oradea.

Graduation is always a sweet start of a new chapter, where life begins and you’ve never been this confused. I’ve always been that teenager that was always so sure about life and ready to conquer the world. But there comes a time when reality hits you and the future you’ve been dreaming of and expecting is suddenly now.

But it’s okay not be ready yet, life is about hitting some walls, learning and get lost. But as long as you keep standing up each time, and keep trying, and maybe fall down again, and stand up again, you win. That is the secret of life.

So don’t be afraid of not being ready, just go with the flow, and eventually you’ll find yourself in a place that you never planned, but you wouldn’t have it any other way.

I was lucky enough to spend my graduation with the most important people in my life. I am forever grateful for having them always by my side and loving me for who I am.

Happy graduation everyone!
